Coopetition : Jurnal Ilmiah Manajemen (E-ISSN : 2615-4978, P-ISSN : 2086-4620) adalah jurnal ilmiah bidang manajemen yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Institut Manajemen Koperasi Indonesia, yang semula dua kali dalam setahun, menjadi tiga kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Maret, Juli dan Nopember. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan hasil penelitian berkaitan tentang konsep, teori, paradigma dan metodologi ilmu manajemen sesuai visi Program Studi Magister Manajemen Ikopin yaitu Unggul dalam menghasilkan lulusan magister manajemen yang berkualitas di bidang perkoperasian dan kewirausahaan untuk menghadapi persaingan global pada tahun 2027. Abstract

The result of partial test and simultaneously are indicating that there was positive and significant effect of the learning material, method and media, trainers, against the members of participant on Koperasi Kojamas and learning material is determinant factor than others. In other word, the better learning material, more effective of the method and media which being used, the more competence skill which trainers has and participant in the class, more the highest of the participation members should be.

Abstract

The results of research on the Performance of Functional Position of Engineers in the Environment of Center of Research and Development of Road and Bridge, showed that: (1) Leadership variable (X1) has a strong positive effect on performance of functional position of engineer (Y) equal to 36,5%. (2) The compensation variable (X2) has a positive but very weak effect on the performance of the functional position of the engineer (Y) of 3%. (3) Leadership and compensation variables affect simultaneously to the performance, with correlation coefficient R = 0.612 or determinant R2 of 0.375 or 37.5%. Thus, leadership and compensation should be able to create boosting working conditions personal comfort or environmental factors that will improve employee performance.

Abstract

In Teaching and Learning Process, teachers have a very decisive position of successful learning, in the hands of successful or not achievement of teaching and learning goals in school. And as the driving force, the principal who is given the task to lead the school should also be able to develop and improve the performance of subordinates ie teachers. The result of this research is partial of headmaster's managerial competence, job satisfaction have positive and significant influence to teacher performance, while compensation has negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance in SMK Swasta in Batam City Riau Islands Province but simultaneously managerial competence, compensation and satisfaction work has a positive and significant impact on the performance of teachers in private SMK in Batam City Riau Islands Province.

Abstract

An independent state institution, Bank of Indonesia is a legal entity whose legal entity status is obtained through the enactment of Law (ie Law Number 23 of 1999 in conjunction with Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 3 of 2004 concerning Bank of Indonesia, which stipulates that Bank of Indonesia is an independent state institution both the Government and/or other parties are prohibited from interfering in the implementation of duties and authorities of Bank Indonesia (BI) violation of the prohibition of interference or obligation to refuse interference, threatened with imprisonment of at least 2 (two) years and maximum 5 (five) years and fine at least 2 (two) billion and a maximum of 5 (five) billion) The purpose of this study is to review the applicability of Bank of Indonesia law from the holder of monetary authority based on Bank Act/UUBI Number 3 of 2004 concerning Bank of Indonesia. Research method through descriptive with secondary data.

Abstract

Basically a natural partnership will achieve its goal if mutual requirements, mutual reinforcement, and mutual benefit can be maintained and made a strong fundamental commitment among partners. Nevertheless the development seems very slow. The cause is the presence of specific and different conditions and structure factors compared to other countries. Along with that, we still encounter various forms of gaps, such as inequality among regions, among income groups, between sectors, among economic actors, and so forth. The next problem is that in business entities including cooperatives and micro and small enterprises in running their business activities requires business partnerships with medium and large enterprises in order to improve business performance and business scale. While on the other hand our economic conditions and structures are not yet fully conducive to fostering partnerships based on purely business considerations or competitive market motivations but the business partnership of the foundation is strong enough in our country's constitution. Partnerships will work if partners are equally benefiting. Our concept of partnership is like that, although in the short term, there is a party or a party benefiting more from the other side.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how big the impact of Marketing Mix Strategy and Service Quality to Member Participation Level As a cooperative user, the sample in this research is 97 members of cooperative work of prosperous PT.Polyfin Canggih as respondents who answered the statement of the questionnaire distributed then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Data from equation test is known F-count value is 114,782 while with -table value 3,94. This means that F-stat> F-table (114,782> 3,94) means that at 95% confidence level, Marketing Strategy and Service Quality variables have a significant influence simultaneously on the variable Member participation rate as a Cooperative User. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.709. Member Participation Rate of 70.9% is influenced by the Marketing Mix Strategy and Service Quality and the balance of 29.1% is influenced by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

The results of the analysis show the principal leadership style, teacher work motivation simultaneously significant and significant to teacher performance, thus hypothesis. Based on the results of data processing and research results there was an influence between the leadership style of principals and work motivation on the performance of madrasah teachers by 26.9%. So it can be said the better the quality of leadership style of principal and work motivation, the better the performance of teachers. Based on these findings, it can be concluded: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style and four sub-variables on Executive Style and Developer Style (2) There is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership style on teacher performance Madrasah Tsanawiyah / MTsS (3) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance, achievement of financial motivation. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership style and the motivation of cooperation on teacher performance. (5) Managerial efforts to improve the principal's leadership style and work motivation and teacher performance by increasing the dimensions that determine these variables.
